Do you work with new MC authorities?
Yes. We work with new MC authorities and understand the challenges of getting started.
How do I get paid?
You are paid directly by the broker or through your own factoring company. We do not handle your freight payments.
How will we communicate?
We work around your preferences. Whether you prefer a quick phone call, a text message, or an email update, we keep communication clear so you can focus on driving.
Who handles the paperwork?
We do. We take care of broker packets, rate confirmations, insurance certificates, and factoring submissions.
Do you guarantee a certain amount of revenue?
No. We do not guarantee earnings, revenue, rates, or a specific number of loads. Our goal is to help you find suitable freight and negotiate competitive rates.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You only pay the agreed dispatch commission. There are no setup fees, monthly minimums, or per-load charges.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Our service agreement requires 30 days’ notice to cancel, with no cancellation penalties.
How many trucks does each dispatcher handle?
We limit each dispatcher to a maximum of 5 trucks, allowing them to stay focused on your equipment, preferred lanes, and individual requirements.
